Don't go being handy ....
Some friends of mine gave me the sage advice " If you are a musician you should avoid hammers." I think this is good advice.
Don't go being handy 5 days before an important show. You may find yourself like I am.. with a smashed index finger on the chording hand which bleeds every time I look at it. Even Krazy Gluing it isn't working this time. Just my luck..... :)
It isn't fun, and not recommended. Girls we can be handy at all other times.. just not when a hammer hitting our finger is going to royally muck up our life.
